I know about a great place or event that's not on your site! How can I share it with Family Fun Guide readers?
We love getting new suggestions from our readers! First, search our site to make sure it isn't already listed. If the place is a FREE OUTING, you can email kari@familyfunguide.com and we will ask you to send, if possible, up to 10 photos of the place, as well as all the key contact information that our readers would need to get there (such as address, phone number if available etc) With your information, we would then create a profile page for this free outing! Thanks!
If it is a business that charges admission (such as an indoor playground or amusement centre), let us know and we will then contact the business and let 'em know that our readers are requesting them here! You can also tell them yourself! They can sign themselves up all on their own here: http://www.familyfunguide.com/packages.php (it's as easy as setting up a Facebook account) We greatly appreciate it!
I want to update the listing for my business or event. How should I proceed?
To update your listing, simply sign in and go to the Advertiser's Tools section and click on Create/Edit My Profile.
How can I find activities in my neighborhood or near a certain address?
On the city home page, click on for FFG SEARCH MAP, when you are on that page you can zoom into the area that you are interested in.
I've been to a place you've described and want to share my own experience. How can I let other parents know?
Use the "post your own review" feature available from each advertiser's listing. Be sure your comments follow our comment posting guidelines
What are the guidelines for posting comments?
The Family Fun Guide community is a place where families can learn more about what the city/area has to offer, and take advantage of local parent comments to find places to go and things to do that will best suit their specific needs.
Inappropriate and off-topic postings, personal attacks on individuals, and comments that would be more appropriately handled by the Better Business Bureau will be deleted. We also block postings by frequent offenders. Click here to see our posting guidelines.
I've signed up as a member, but I'm not receiving my weekly email newsletter. Where is it?
You should receive your first newsletter within a day or two of signing up. New issues are mailed each Thursday (with a few exceptions to allow for holiday schedules). If you're not getting your newsletter, it's possible your email system is mistaking it for spam (junk email). Configure your spam blocker to allow email from @familyfunguide.com, or ask your email administrator to do it
